Anyone use any high street fat burners ?

I calorie count 6 days a week and exercise and want to take a fat burner to help, I've seen ones in Holland and barratts but I want to see if anyone has had a good results with any other ones ? Thanks xxx

I haven't tried this myself but the women in my office are swearing by apple cider vinegar - a table spoon twice a day Confused

I've never found any fat burners to work but I've recently been taking fat binders from myprotein, you take one or two before a meal containing fats and it's supposed to bind the fat so it's not asborbed into the body. It's really helping me so far, I just take two before tea and have noticed a difference after 30 days :) good luck
