Assuming I drop the 4lbs I've just put on in 2 days (!), I've lost 5 stones in the last 6 months. Still 2 stone to go, and need to refocus efforts. Would like to freshen up our meal plan. What meals do you have that fall into the sub-500 calorie category? I like go cook the same thing for everyone but don't mind having a half portion of carb to keep calories down. Any ideas?

The pinch of nom book is amazing! the recipes are all healthy with calories attached per portion. Try the chicken and rice bake! to die for Smile

5 stone loss is amazing!

Have you tried shiritaki noodles? Very low calorie and high fibre. I have them with any sauce I'd usually put with noodles or pasta. You could have those and your family have ordinary spaghetti or whatever. Chrissy Teigen's chicken sesame noodle recipe works really well (I have tofu not chicken or just increase the veg).
