Its a MLM so probably a load of overpriced crap.

LivingDeadGirlUK · 16/07/2019 22:14

Posted too soon sorry. Have you tried a calorie counting app? That way you are eating real food but becoming more aware of things like portion size and calorie value of foods. Do when you have a huge appertite you can make better choices.

Why have you posted this three times?!

Namechangeforthiscancershit · 16/07/2019 22:32

It's an MLM. I really wouldn't. You can cut down portion control yourself. Have you tried MyFitnessPal?

FlowerAndBloom · 20/08/2019 21:04

I didn't know it was an MLM....am naive. Avoid like the plague if it is. Plus it looks shit anyway

MrsMaryMooFace · 20/08/2019 21:08

I have PCOS and have lost 1st 7lb in 6 weeks on Cambridge, I wasnt aware it is MLM!!!
I plan on sticking to it as I have more to lose Smile

Pipandmum · 20/08/2019 21:10

I don’t know what MLM means but I know someone who lost about 5 stone on it and has kept it off for 30 years.

Fivechatchacha · 01/09/2019 21:30

I know someone who lost huge amount of weight on this. Think over 10 stone.

macdhui · 01/09/2019 21:34

I had success with it. Lost 18kg in 12 weeks and I’m 3 years down the track and have kept it all off.

An MLM is multi level marketing ie a pyramid scheme. Avon, tropic etc are pyramid schemes. Always a loser is very sad and I just don't support anyone who uses such an awful business model

I have had success on cambridge diet, BUT, after each go I have put the weight back on PLUS an extra stone. Think it messes with my metabolism. But it definitely does shift the pounds and if you think you can keep up the new portion regime long term then it does work wonders x

EvaHarknessRose · 26/12/2019 13:45

It caused my mum to mess up her metabolism and have years of increasing weight.

UGotTheLook · 29/12/2019 12:23

It caused me constipation so bad I thought I was going to die. I took all the fibre supplements and other suggestions, but (apols for TMI) it was the worst pain I've ever been in and I now have piles.

Plus the quality of the shakes is not good.

I have done similar things, but with a good quality, low carb protein powder and tons of green veg, and it's been cheaper and healthier and better on the ole rusty sheriffs badge.

Apols again for the TMI, but, my god...
