Hi everyone,

Does it matter if it eat a lot of my allocated calories at dinner time and less so throughout the day? I'm often so busy at work and don't have time to eat lots bit unsure if this is bad for weight loss? X

I do 18/6 fasting and it works really well for me so no, what you are doing sounds ideal.

No, I was told as long as you have your calories in a 24 hour period it doesn't matter when.

Nope it doesn’t matter - food has the same number of calories in it no matter what time they are eaten. Some people think it’s bad to eat after 8,after 10 etc however this is only “bad” if you have already consumed your days allowance and now eating more
