Is it the 0% total Fage ones everyone means when they says full fat Greek yogurt? Any alternatives?

0% is zero fat. Are you looking for full fat?

I don't mind. I've been cutting down carbs but want the best for me. I'm confused by the low calorie v cutting carbs v low fat. I've lost 5kg in 7 days by having the 0% yogurts and fruit instead of cereal each day, salad for lunch and sensible portions for dinner, more veg and no wine or snacks.

I'd go for the 0% then. I just get normal natural yoghurt after trying a few. You could add some seeds/nuts/oats as well

I go for blueberries, be careful of low fat yoghurts they can bung in a lot of sugar to make it palatable.

If all you are having is fruit and yoghurt, go for a full fat Greek or natural one. Any low fat one won't fill you up much.

Yes, full fat natural Greek yoghurt with fresh fruit.
