Hi, is anyone else a member? I have just signed up and wondered if anyone can point me in the direction of some recipes/ideas?
Feeling a bit overwhelmed at trying to work out lots of recipes on MFP.

Hi :) I joined last week. I’ve just been using my usual recipes, and trying to change things a bit to hit my macros.

What do you think will be your biggest struggle? Mine is protein. I don’t eat a huge amount of meat, so I have things like high protein yoghurts.

Tbh it's the whole spending loads of time reading labels and working out if I cook a meal how much is in the portion I actually eat. So much adding up!

I'm considering this plan but not sure about all the weighing and measuring and label reading. Always been a sw girl but wonder if there's something here.
