I am trying to lose the 7kg extra weight I’ve ended up since having my baby (who is 11 weeks old now). I have been getting my 10k steps in by walking with baby daily and I eat healthy home cooked meals which amount to 1500 calories per day. However I am not losing any weight whatsoever! This has been going on for 5 weeks now, no inch loss and weight loss. I don’t want to make the calorie deficit too high in case it affects my milk production but not sure what else I can do or why this is happening?
I have done the same thing in the past after previous baby and it worked but I wasn’t breastfeeding then.
