Oh dear how long have you been dieting for? Do you have a cheat meal once a week? I find that can help!

Haha this has happened to me too!
Don't worry about your weight not budging, there are various reasons your scales are showing no results:

  1. You might have put on what we call "water weight" which will go away soon
  2. Your body might temporarily be stocking a little more than usual because it's "panicking", but it will soon understand you are not starving yourself and adapt to the changes
  3. You have put on muscle, so you have burned fat, it's just that the amount you burned has been replaced by muscle

So don't worry and continue doing what you are doing, it will pay off soon :)

If you aren't doing it yet I would recommend noting down your measurements as well as you weight progression, sometimes we don't lose weight but we do slim down.
