Been doing so well but wobbling today!

I am so hungry! Just that. I did really well last week, stuck to 1300 calories and went for power walks 3 times, I haven't lost weight but I feel less bloated.
Today I am sooo hungry! I just need some encouragement and maybe someone that feels the same can join

Keep in there Kione and you are bound to see a loss this week on 1300 a day. Especially with your walking. I find it hard to lose weight, but managed a 1lb this morning. I’m going to stick to my diet properly this week. I have had a stinking cold and feeling sorry for myself so no exercise here!

The scale finally showed 1lb off! Yey! This is great because I have steadily put on weight for the past 2 years. It has motivated me to go out today in the freezing cold!.
And congrats on your lb off too :)

Well done Kione. I knew it would show for you eventually if you are exercising too! I’ve been doing well with my food diary this week. All very healthy and controlled.....but fallen off my dry-January wagon, which is hindering weight loss this week I’m afraid.... I will keep trying.

Fallen off during the weekend. TOTM is coming so even more struggle. I hope I'll pick up tomorrow
