If I do MFP to carefully monitor calories then is walking enough exercise?

I really don’t like exercise, except running (which i can’t do due to knee injury) and walking.

I’m doing 1200 cals per day to lose 1.5 -2 stone. Is walking as exercise enough to tone and be reasonably healthy if I do the weight loss by calorie counting?

'Toned' is low fat showing muscle. So without muscle.. No.

If you’ve only got that amount to lose, your skin won’t have stretched that much, so you won’t be saggy.

You could do some upper body weight exercises or low reps using heavy dumbbells if you are fearful. There are also a number of HIIT fitness videos that are low impact for injuries.

Sorry just re read that, didn't mean to sound so rude! Walking is a great calorie burner. The fittest people i know choose walking 20000plus steps a day over running on a treadmill . you will get great legs.

If you want to be slim than you can go just with strict diet.

But your body wouldn't be lookin shaped without proper weight training.
