What can I do with 1kg of Skyr?

I bought a huge tub of skyr because it was on offer and I usually have 150g with fresh fruit for breakfast... forgetting that it goes off after 3 days!

Help! Any recipe etc ideas or am I doomed to waste food?

You can make blueberry muffins with yogurt which you could then freeze. Or maybe whizz it through an ice-cream maker for frozen yogurt? (which I've never done so may not actually work)

Does it actually go off after three days or is that just what it says on the label? I buy Greek yoghurt in big tubs and although it says use within three days once opened, it's perfectly ok for up to two weeks (and sometimes beyond).

It's what the label says. I usually buy the small tubs so it runs out after 4 days.

I'm just really anxious to not waste food.

I like muffin idea, I may use half on that and the rest for regular breakfast.

Make yoghurt bark. Spread it out thin on greaseproof paper, add whatever you like to it & freeze it. When it's frozen, break it up into shards. Voila, delicious frozen treat!
