Hi everyone 👍🏻 I've started a 1250 calorie a day diet and I've done it in the past it's worked for me. First few days however I get a really sick feeling in my stomach, and sometimes diarrhoea (tmi sorry)! But terrible wind like constant burping, trapped wind ! Has anyone had this and does it go away ? I don't eat fruit as I don't like it mainly
1 piece of toast for breakfast cup of tea
Tuna/ham salad for lunch with cheese
Dinner is pasta with pesto and cheese or chicken with vegetables
Snack maybe 1 small kit Kat or chocolate bar low cal one with tea
I do have a few glasses of wine on the weekend so I don't know what's happening if anyone can help !
