My own blog to keep me accountable!

I've decided to 'blog' everything here, to hold myself accountable. I'm ok if nobody replies, but writing it down is my version of 'going to group'
My weigh days are Friday's despite starting on a Monday.

So far:

Start weight on Monday 2nd July: 13st 3lb

06.07.18 = 12st 12lb (-5lb)
13.07.18 = 12st 8lb (-4lb)
20.07.18 = 12st 8lb (0)

My body is one of those where 1 bad day in a week halts all progress (i went to a gig on Saturday afternoon/eve/night and ate what was available but it was all bad and i estimated around 4000 calories for the day) I've stuck to 1200/1300 calories all week with my normal 3 days that i ran too, and no loss.

Must kick on though! Got to lose a stone by 18th August, more if possible! 5lb to my first stone....

Wow, you did amazingly well those first 2 weeks! I’m similar and one bad day means no loss that week. What have you been eating to lose so much so quickly?

I've reduced my milk alot, i was having 5 or 6 cups of teas a day (& i have milky tea) down to 2. I've gone from 2 slices of toast to 1 for breakfast too.
I've cut out meal deal style lunches and just having a big mugshot pot or similar like naked noodles, and i've really only been eating chicken and a wrap with salad for dinner most days, or butcher burgers and salad with no bread.

I hate cooking and i am rarely home so food prepping and stuff like that is lost on me, totally not interested.

I don't drink alcohol so not had to deal with cutting that out luckily :)

We've had a Friday (and a Monday) since your last post OP. How's it going?
