I really need to lose between 0.5-1 stone but recently with what we've been having for evening meals DH has lost weight too and he really doesn't need to! Anyone else have this? Our problem is I eat more and snack more during the day so need a light supper, but he hardly eats anything more than a sandwich during the day. He's happy to eat the same meals and I don't think he's noticed he's lost weight but I have and I feel guilty! Dinners are usually a ton of veg with some kind of protein, thinking I should add extra carbs to his?
