25, pear shaped and my weight has crept up to 86kg so I now don't have a waist and am officially obese at 5'4. This changes now.
I weighed myself just now and did waist (35) and hip (42) measurements after eating so hopefully it'll go down soon.
I'm going to be doing a combo of 16:8 and calorie counting with mfp. Done with food for the day and finished on about 1500 so I know it's doable!
