25, pear shaped and my weight has crept up to 86kg so I now don't have a waist and am officially obese at 5'4. This changes now.
I weighed myself just now and did waist (35) and hip (42) measurements after eating so hopefully it'll go down soon.

I'm going to be doing a combo of 16:8 and calorie counting with mfp. Done with food for the day and finished on about 1500 so I know it's doable!

I'm putting this here so that I have to update it...

Weighed and measured this morning and my starting weight is actually 82kg. Waist 33.

Have a ham cream cheese and salad sandwich for lunch (not the best but I'm skint and have bread to use)
Dinner will be marinated chicken salad with no dressing. Totals about 1300 so I may have a small white wine with dinner

Good luck! Keep making sensible choices and don't let yourself be suckered in by quick easy fixes. That's always my downfall.
