I'm worried I have totally ruined my diet.
Due to partner coming home with a portion of chips for me.
I had a very small bowl full of them, and put some in one slice of brown bread with marg, and ketchup.
I think that's about 500 calories, and if so it isn't too bad-because I only had a salad with olives, one vegetarian sausage chopped up, and some olives, apart from that.
Am I kidding myself and they're actually loads more than that?
