Instead of thinking of all the things I am having to give up, I'm trying to be positive this time and think of all the things I can eat. However I'm not very good at this, clearly, otherwise I wouldn't be so overweight. I need to lose around 5 and a half stone and I'm aiming for around 1400 calories per day.
Morning- porridge, eggs, fruit, yoghurt, anything else?
Lunch- salad, soup, what else?
Dinner- lean meat, lots of veg, lose the potatoes, is that it?
Snacks- nuts, fruit, there must be more?!
I don't like pasta and and trying to steer clear of bread because my skin is much better when I don't eat it. I like all meat and most fruit and veg but nothing exotic or weird. I only like salmon, cod and tuna when it comes to fish.
Does anyone have anything to add to help? I have a Fitbit and am trying to up my activity each day too.
