Hi. Usually I have Warburton thins and fill them with ham, light light Hellman's and tomatoes. Its got very boring. Can someone give me some ideas of more interesting low calorie things. I like tuna but with mayonnaise so I suppose that's quite a few calories. I usually follow the sandwich with a Weight Watchers fromage frais.
Any ideas would be great.

I have tuna with extra light mayo, ham with a little bit of really strong cheese, extra light cream cheese with cucumber, egg mayo etc.

Houmous mixed with grated carrot, sliced/grated apple with philli/laughing cow, seafood sticks & prawns mixed with low fat mayo & tom sauce etc for homemade seafood cocktail?

Turkey or chicken with salsa
Quorn sausages
Bacon with the fat remove and tomato
Egg mayo made with 1 tsp extra light mayo
Lean roast beef and horseradish
Smoked salmon and extra light philly

Would you consider things that aren't sandwiches? Like salads?

Tuna with lemon juice and a tiny bit of olive oil and chopped parsley, plus a couple of chopped black olives. Some rocket leaves.
20g crumbed feta mixed with grated carrot and beetroot and a tahini and lemon juice dressing plus some salad leaves?
A slice of Parma ham plus mixed leaves and maybe a couple of sun blush tomatoes (squeeze the oil off with kitchen roll)
Sliced egg, marmite

Do you like marmite? I have marmite and cucumber when I'm on a diet

Extra light philly mixed with English mustard, with beef pastrami and rocket....yum!! Also, smoked salmon and cream cheese. Or cream cheese and cucumber (basically anything with Philly as I'm a total addict) Grin
