MFP - how can I eat more sodium?

I started using My Fitness Pal again yesterday (I've used it before but usually end up forgetting to log in after a few days) and I've noticed that I'm not eating a lot of sodium.

I know that 2,300mg is the recommended limit rather than a goal to reach. However I've read that the recommended mimimum levels of sodium is about 1,000-1,500 mg per day.

Yesterday, I ate 184mg of sodium. So far today, I've only had 16mg.

How can I eat more sodium, but without going over my calorie limit?

Put salt on your food?

I wouldn't worry too much tbh. I've noticed on MFP that the smaller nutrient detail is often not very accurate (or left off completely). I doubt you're that much under on sodium as salt is added to so much.
