Hello - am two weeks in, lost 7lb first week and am up a lb this week, but is time of the month.
Am craving rubbish and feeling really tired, is that AF or is there some kind of wall you hit? Am on between 1200 and 1250 - am doing 10K steps a day but not using the calories. 5ft 7 and currently weigh 167lb (am aiming for between 147 and 154).
