I am almost 5 weeks PP and have set a date for my new lifestyle to begin.

I am currently giving myself a little more time to prep eat biscuits all day but I am determined to stop all the crap.

I have been snacking a lot, mainly on things like cereal bars / biscuits / nuts.

I am not a massive fruit fan but any suggestions for something tasty, easy to prepare and low calorie is much appreciated.

Hummus and carrot batons
Rice cakes with cream cheese and salsa
Hard boiled eggs
Grapes
Salted popcorn
Nakd bars - the chocolate orange one is lovely!

Congrats on the baby, and take it easy! Small changes to start with can make a massive difference .

Yogurt
Wasabi Peas
Rice Crackers
Apples/bananas/clementines
Cherry Tomatoes

Whatever it is, try to pre-prepare it so it's easy to grab (usually one-handed!) So wash fruit, cut up carrots, portion out popcorn, rice crackers etc. that way you will be more inclined to grab it!

Sorry! Missed your comment on fruit! (Veggies better anyway - lower calorie!)

Either sliced apples or celery sticks with peanut or cashew butter to dip them in. You will thank me for this!
