I've started using mfp and love it. Feel in control of what I'm eating and after a year of putting on weight I can see this could work for me.
I know I should be really pleased at losing 5 lbs this week but I am hoping to lose 20 lbs in total to get to 9 st 6 so 5 lbs seems wrong. I expected 2 lb a week max. Is it okay?
