Losing weight for my birthday

I am turning 25 in 4 months time. I have baby who is 4 months old

I need to lose 2 stone to get to prepregnancy weight. I am 5'5 weighing 12.9 and with a BMI of 29.5. I am going to try calorie counting and working out 4 times a week. I am struggling with diet, my DP is also a bad influence although he is fit and goes to the gym 4-5 times per week. (I am easily influenced)

But I'm so unhappy I was a size 12 before and I am currently in a 16 which fit my saggy mummy tummy but are lose everywhere else so I look like I don't care about my appearance. I don't want to waste money on new clothes in a bigger size. So I need to do this now once and for all. I don't want to spend my life going up and down, especially now I have a daughter.

I know it can get you down when you're carrying more weight than your used to...but it's very early days, you only had a baby 4 months agoFlowers

Stick to your plan, and with calorie counting and exercise you will lose the weight, but go gently, you'll probably find that you start to feel better within days of your new regime.

Congratulations on your new baby x

My mfp username is acceberd if anyone wants to add me. Have only been using it for the past week but lost weight a few years ago using the app.
I've just started exercising for the first time in my life too so need some encouragement!
