I i have been doing MFP for just over 2 weeks now and I've lost 4lb. i was just wondering how everyone uses MFP. Do you under or over eat to lose more weight? I only want to lose about a stone but when the weight loss slows or decreases i often fall off the wagon then im tempted to binge eat my favourite foods. i eat a balanced diet, drink 2L of water everyday and exercise for an hour 3 times a week.
any tips to keep the weight coming off?
