Just that really... I'm sticking to my 1200kcals a day but the problem is I don't know what to do, I hate fish any times so can't include that and most of the ones online have a load of fish. I also want to use my meat that's in the freezer and whatever pasta/rice I have before buying wholemeal

I have chicken breast and pork chops in the freezer, I will be buying fruit/salad/veg today and I'm having diced beef and rice for dinner tonight..

If anyone can help I'd appreciate it! I'm currently 14.6 I was 12.2 last August! from dieting since April 2012 I was 16 stone+ so want to get down to 10 ideally. I'm 5'3

If anyone can help that'd be great I have just signed up to the gym as well

I think the best tip is not to skip on eating. I have lost around 2st this year and never felt underfed. I have things like wholemeal toast with scrambled egg for breakfast. a fave is porridge cooked in almond milk and pureed banana (just blend one up!). it tastes divine. I sometimes cook porridge in coconut milk and I always top with things like flaxseed, coconut flakes, goji berries etc. this way I feel satisfied and it really keeps me going.

I LOVE food and have a massive appetite. I am very big on desserts so I started to search for Paleo cakes on Google. Paleo is a natural way of cooking (look it up also known as the caveman diet but its better than you think) and you can pretty much make anything Paleo. This way I sometimes have cake for breakfast and still feel fab and still lose weight! Just mix things up and be a bit experimental - it really keeps you going! Snack on fruit and things like veg and hummus (or Paleo banana bread.. some great recipes out there!). Lunch would be a salad with meat and I usually throw in some whole-wheat pasta too; or sweet potato mash with goats cheese and red onion. Go big on flavour. If you eat tasteless food its easy to give up.

You probably already have a good idea on what's natural, so just go for natural and balance it out. another tip, try and eat less carb for dinner. carb is best for brekkie and lunch. having it in the evening makes it harder to burn off. I cut down on portion sizes and have more veg than carb for dinner because I can't go without carb - dinners are my fave!

And when you go to the gym, make sure you fuel yourself beforehand, even just with a banana because otherwise you will probably feel light headed and won't be able to perform that well. if you are hungry, then EAT! use common sense and don't starve yourself and you will be fine. sorry for my long response! I started out the same as you and got a bit carried away there ha ha!

Breakfast is porridge or weetabix with a banana or berries.

Fruit for mid morning snack. I chop it up and eat it at the table. It really helps stopping the grazing.

Lunch would be a small omlette, ww soup or scrambled egg or grilled tomato on a slice of butter free toast

Afternoon snack is an options hot chocolate

Dinner is a salad, with either ham, boiled egg, fish, roast chicken or steak. Or if I'm fed up of salad I have a small serving of what DC have for tea
