How much weight could I lose in a month?
I currently weigh about 10 1/2 stone at 5.5 and I've just realised I'm probably consuming an extra 1,000 a day though stupid snacking habits; addiction to chocolate frappucinos (always large size!) for starters.
I've just signed up to MFP and it's given me 1,200, but my question is, does it really work like this or could I continue to eat lots e.g. 1,800 (I swear my current snacking must mean i'm currently on about 2,800!
, but because it's still significantly less for me lose weight quickly (for a wedding in a month)? iyswim?!
Any experiences?
