I'm trying to keep to 1200 calories and I'm hungry. I also miss being able to quickly rustle up some pasta. I should be getting some konjac pasta substitute in the post today but I'm not sure whether it's been a waste of money. I searched the forums and saw the odd mention here and there but nobody has said whether it's actually done any good.
I have gathered from reading posts that it smells and tastes a bit... unusual...
If it doesn't work then hey ho it's back to eating an entire head of broccoli we go.
