Hi ladies,I have always been petite and a slim woman. I had a big bump when I was pregnant with my daughter, however she was 6lb 7oz. I didn't do much exercise while pregnant as although it sounds silly, I was scared of exercising.I put on approximately 1 1/2 stone during pregnancy and have struggled to lose it. Mostly I am struggling with my tummy. I feel like I still look pregnant and it's really getting me down. I struggle to find clothes to wear and I'm so upset about it all the time.I have been exercising the last couple if months now but I still have this awful pregnant looking tummy. I have posted a pic of it. My daughter is now 6 monthold.sorryfor the pic.does anyone have any advice or has been in the same situation?xx

I would love to be as slim as you but if you have ruled out anything medically being wrong then I managed to get a flatter stomach post 2 kids by running and also a slendertone flex was excellent. Am just about to start up again after child number 3 (but with me it's all over-not just tummy muscles) good luck, hope you find this info helpful. I generally refuse to comment on people's appearance.

I've decided to make a gp appointment for today to rule anything out. Thanks for sharing. Xx

You look great, they say 9 months on 9 months off. But I take it you are doing sit ups? Try different ab crunches, sides, front, upper, lower etc. it's just that bit needs toning, have you lost all the weight you put on during pregnancy?
