Have I eaten too much today?

I have had a day off work so my intention was to pilate, walk and go for a run. BUT, instead, I've eaten all day! Is this too many calories in one day?

I had fried cherry toms (about ten of them) 2 poached eggs (large) on 1 slice of seeded bread for brekkie. Walked about an hour and a half with dogs. (fast) Came back surprisingly hungry so had early dinner which was a co op ready meal quite big chicken in creamy tarragon sauce. It was nice but I could taste the salt! This was washed down with a large glass of pinot. I then had a sweet tooth so polished off the rest of the large cadburys nutty chocolate bar (about 10 squares) I think that's it for the day though. Have I consumed too many calories??

That’s fine imo, maybe too much chocolate! The myfitnesspal app is good for counting cals.

Well regardless of calories apart from breakfast you havent had much nutritionally great food have you. The chicken would be fine but not with all that sauce and well...you know about the chocolate.

That's not a healthy days eating but I reckon you know that already.

I'm not sure about the calories but that's not a good days eating.

10 Cherry toms (about 5 cals each) = 50 cals
One tsp olive oil = 40 cals
Large poached egg (x2) = 150 cals
1 slice generic seeded bread = 90 cals
Chicken in tarragon sauce = 300 cals (approx)
Glass of piont = 150 cals
10 squares cadbury's whole nut = 500 cals

1.5 hours fast walking = 350 cals (approx)

Total intake = 1280 cals
Total used = 350

Balance = 930

Pretty crap diet though.

Sorry didn't get a chance to check back sooner.

I'm amazed at that calorie count ydnacl, I do struggle with myfitnesspal never seem to find exactly what I've had on their list, and thought I'd had far more calories than that.

I really didn't think it was bad diet wise other than choc and wine. The ready meal has chicken which was probably a good days worth protein. I've tried things like steamed or baked chicken with just veg, love the taste but always hungry not long after. It seems the crap fills me.

thanks for the opinions!
