looking for mfp friends

I am looking for mfp friends :)
I've just discovered the app so I'm using it to lose the last 1.5 stone of baby weight.I'm not totally clued up on the app but I'm trying.
Also doing the jillian michaels 30 day shred, currently on level 2.
I had my 3rd (and final!!) baby in January.
I have also made my DH hide the scales this week because i'm becoming a bit obsessed with weighing myself.

I went upto 14 stone when I was pregnant and currently I am 11 st 7lbs. NEED to get down to 10 stone eventually...wedding to go to in April.

Also, I have no clue how to add people with just usernames, only emails so please someone point me in the right directionOR just ADD ME username is 'Sarahcpt1'

Now off to eat rabbit food...... :(

Hi everyone, I would really appreciate some MFP friends if possible.

My weight has always been a struggle despite doing loads of exercise as I have an unhealthy relationship with food. I want to get to 9 stone and plan on starting MFP again Monday. I'm doing a marathon tomorrow so actually do need to eat loads today!

I stopped MFP in July for some reason and have put on about 7lbs. Whilst training for a bloody marathon!

I'm HappyJustToBe on there as well.

I am 5'7, weight is just over 11 stone and I cant seem to shift it! I fluctuate up & down, but I just need to knuckle down and be strict. As I am doing this on my own, I think I lapse a bit and aren't as strict as I should be!

Thanks BellaTata, its taken a few months, I am doing the intermittent fasting diet which is working for me. I seem to put on weight so easily, if I have a slip-up day and have some wine, some chocolate, whatever, thats usually about 4lb back on!! Its ridiculous. Also I don't work out as much as I should do, I find I'm just too busy with work and children to go to the gym. If I worked out a bit more, I'd be healthier. I really want to start doing the C25K but I need to find a running buddy near me! Really impressed with your gym bunny ways, puts me to shame! Wink

Quick question.. Yesterday I was under my calorie intake, I wasn't hungry so I didn't need 1200. I had tuna, porridge and done nuts so I didn't just eat lettuce all day, however it won't let me complete my day because I haven't had enough. Does everyone's do this?

I've been using mfp for 8 months and have lost 11kg on it - I had to lose that much for ivf. We've started the ivf and I'm under 30bmi at last, but I'm still overweight and worried about the effect that will have on chances of conceiving. On the other hand it's really tempting to just let things slide now that the bmi is right. Is it ok if I add a few people from here to keep the motivation going? I am jobardsley on mfp

Almostfullyfunctional.. I'm amazed at your loss of calories! I just put my main treadmill bits down but often do Zumba and weights but don't count them, I like to think of them as a bonus!

If more people could please add me my username is jennimay321 I just don't know how to add people.

I lost 1.5kg week but have put .5 back on as I had a bad weekend. Ergh.

Hi Bella, thanks for the encouragement! The biggest thing I changed was reading all my calories and only drinking water. I don't have kids (yet Smile) so I have time to spend on longer workouts. I use a friend's P90X and youtube as I can't bear the gym. I think the exercise is helping hold off the hormone crazies from the ivf
