Had baby 2months ago and I put on a massive 67 lbs! I was a 120lb (8st8) size 10 to a 187lb (13st 5) size 16!!! As I am only 5ft 1,u can imagine how I look (sob). Had a third degree tear and with Xmas I decided to wait til new year to start a diet regime,we all know faddy diets or pills don't work so I'm trying the rosemary Conley's new inch loss plan. I weighed and measured this morning,I have lost 24.6 lbs (1st 10.6) since the birth, so happy with that. Keeping a track to show u guys if the diet works,n it'll stop me cheating on it (hopefully)
Weight - 162.4
Bust - 38
Waist - 32.5
Lower waist - 43
Hips - 43.5
L thigh - 25.5
R thigh - 25.5
L knee - 14
R knee - 14
L arm - 12.5
R arm - 12.5
Body fat % - 27.37% (over weight cat)
Bmi - 30.61!!

Well its 4days in n I sneakly weighed myself n I'm 159.4! I know its prob water weight but its a good motivation,can't wait for Mon.
Been a good diet I don't feel hungry,I've been drinking green tea with lemon so got more energy n don't crave in afternons. So far so good. Xx

First week done. Must admit didn't stick to it religiously over the weekend, but still got results.
Weight - 158.8 -3.6
Bust - 37 -1
Waist - 32.5 -0
Lower waist - 43 - 0
Hips - 43 -0.5
L thigh - 25.1 - 0.4
R thigh - 25.1 - 0.4
L knee - 14 - 0
R knee - 14 - 0
L arm - 12.5 - 0

Now I am due on tomoz so I think that's why I've not lost around the middle,plus its post baby belly. I do feel more energetic n healthy even after a week, so can't wait to see what next week brings xx

End of week 3: friends bday meal sat, greasy Chinese urgh, but tried to eat less.

Slow n steady wins the race! Got to my 1st weight goal of 154, next is 140 x

End of diet results:

Weight 154 lost 8.4
Bust 37 lost 1(went up by half)
Waist 31.5 lost 1
Lower waist 40 lost 3
Hips 42 lost 1.5
L thigh 24.5 lost 1
R thigh 24.5 lost 1
L knee 13.7 lost 0.3
R knee 13.7 lost 0.3
L arm 12 lost 0.5
R arm lost 0.5
Body fat 26.82 % lost 0.55
Bmi 29 lost 1.61 points

Going for slow and steady n healthy eating for life, may not seem a lot but another 3 or 4 months n I'll be back to my old weight, lost 10.1 inches all over, 8.4 lbs n got body far n bmi down. Plus I'm down a dress size, so I'm happy.
Now I know the diet I'm gonna do my own version for 28 days n c what results I get, after all I've just got time n weight to lose!
