Help! Why am I sabotaging myself?
Lost 3 stone with mfp. Now within 10 lbs of goal and I can't stop eating. Put on 2 lbs last week 
It's cake, chocolate all that food I know I don't need.
I promised myself a new wardrobe at goal weight. I don't understand why I have lost control again.
Have been yo yoing my whole adult life so this is not new territory.
How do I get myself back in the right mindset?
