yep don,t do it write a food dairy and just record what you eat when you can pin point whats holding you back then you really can start losing the weight. it,s really that simple.

i was 17 stone in april a size 22 and i now weigh 12 stone just by cutting back on all the crap i used to eat ive tryed every silly diet going and this has so far been the best for me. since i have cut back on all the process crap i now eat lots of vedgetables chicken lots of fish and i now eat breakfast. it,s just the simple changes that really make the difference and your not going to put it all back on i allow my self a treat once a month and i allow my self a balanced meal a day if i fancy chicken tikka masala on sat i will have it i buy a low fat tikka sauce take skin of chicken pour saucce on let chicken cook in oven and serve with rice. ive cut back on alchol alot and i just have a vodka tonic diet vodka or diet vodka and coke. 3 small portions a day it in moderation record what you eat it really does work.

I did low carbing and stopped calorie counting, best thing I ever did. I am now not so strict on the carbs but still not eating bad carbs. I avoid bread, pasta, rice and anything processed. I don't know what I weigh now as I got my dh to hide the scales but I feel better.

i eat rice and i love pasta its what you eat it with it i enjoy tuna pasta but i won,t have mayo it feels me up for longer and i,m less likely to nibble you can swap rice for brown ill even have a jacket spud but have a a healthy topping with it i dont think you should cut out all the carbs i have a rule of don,t eat 2 carbs together.
