It's a horrible feeling isn't it Scariest! I so want to start couch to 5k again but I just don't have the time OR energy!
I think if you know your initial weight and calculate how many calories you need to lose you don't need to weigh yourself if you're sticking to your calorie limit! It's so easy to get obsessed with a number on the scales when really it doesn't matter what that number is, it matters how you feel about yourself!
