Morning, I am having a horrible time with an independent school. I’ve had to remove my son from the school due to multiple unprovoked physical assaults and the school not keeping him safe.

i am due to go to level 3 of the schools complaints process.

can anyone advise on what to expect and tips.
Are they really impartial?

So is your child currently being educated op?

what are you hoping to be achieved with the complaint?

these people helped me a lot with a similar issue albeit in a la school. However having checked they cover a bit about the legal duties of schools in independent schools so may be worth a look

If you have removed him , why the complaint? What outcome are you seeking? Hopefully your dc is settled elsewhere now.
