Nuisance Neighbours and harrassment

I have been harassed and stalked by nuisance neighbours since they moved in. They are constantly making up false accusations about me to the council, police and neighbours.
They keep getting noise monitoring and trying to put noise on it to look like it's me. I think she has some connection to the council so they are on her side. They keep giving her noise monitoring equipment without sending me any letters which I have been told be everyone they can't do. They also play stupid noises into me with some recording equipment 24 hours a day. She also gets people come to the house and puts these recordings on and tells people itsme to try to get witnesses. She has been doing this since they moved in. They also film and photograph me constantly in the street. I am really starting to struggle with this now. I think they are up to some scam to get money in some way. Any advice please?.

What do you mean by stalked? There must be more to this, what happened?

Start recording them back.
Get onto the council and repeat what you have written here to them.
Also speak to your local MP.

Document absolutely everything. Report them to the police, stalking is taken very seriously.

They constantly film me and photograph me in the street and watch me constantly. No there's nothing more to it. I don't know why they are doing it either.

I have tried everyone, councillors, mps, police. No solicitors will get involved with the council as they can do what they like. If I take them to court it will cost thousands. I think she has a property management company and they are trying to get my house cheap or they trying some harrassment scam to get compensation out if me. Initially when I saw them filming late at night I think they were filming in the women's bedroom opposite.

I have done all that. They are playing a very clever game with it. She is telling everyone I am mentally ill and they are not doing anything but it's me. I have had to go to the doctor to prove I am not mentally ill. I think it's a scam to get money out of me as they have been doing it since they moved in. They are either trying to get my house cheap or try to get sone compensation for harassment I presume. That's the only thing I can think of.

Does anyone have a Eufy doorbell. The police have told me to get it for nuisance neighbours but I can't download the app. The helpline were no help whats so ever.

Sorry did you get this sorrred have a friend who is going through the same thing, always call the victim mentally ill and say they are doing things. In this case scratching a car but never has evidence despite having two cameras but idiots believe the lies
