How do I handle a colleague that bullies me at work. She is the deputy manager and speaks so bad of me to the manager.
I got suspended for what I didn't do and tagged it safeguarding concern. Now my manager still want me to come to work and work in another unit. I don't feel like going until 19th of November when there will be a meeting to address the issue because I don't know what they are up to.
