Bullying manager

My manager had massive issues with me for no reason at all. Constantly on my back about things the rest of the team were OK to do. Constantly for 5 years treating me differently and making me look foolish. Sending horrible emails whilst attaching other managers in it.

I'm scared to complain, really don't know what to do.

Any advice would be appreciated

Do nothing and nothing will change.

Are you in the union? Can you evidence the bullying?

In my case I declined a meeting until it could be arranged that my union rep was present. The meeting planned by my manager was cancelled and an alternative meeting with another manager arranged where I discussed the concerns around my managers behaviour. I was fully supported and my manager left shortly after. I kept quiet for too long and enabled my manager to treat me unfairly by not speaking up. It was scary but life has massively improved as a result of speaking out x
