How can he stop his sister and others from doing all what they are doing ? and what are his rights in this situation please help . Thank you.

Has he not spoke to the solicitor?

What are you hoping for? Your fiancé and his sister both need to take legal advice. Their mother left the house to both of them.

Are you thinking that the sister should not be getting the share that her mother left her, just because she's doesn't live there? Five years on and this should have been long sorted. If he's not willing to buy her out, I would imagine in needs to be sold so they can both get their inheritances. You can't resolve this without a solicitor.

Well 50% of the house is hers and so she has a right to the money from it even though you don't think that it is fair.
It might come down to her forcing a sale and getting her share.

Psychoticbreak · 03/07/2024 15:27

In this instance it is your fiance bullying his sister by not allowing her into the house she has 50% shares in. She has as many rights to be there as she has unless there is some kind of written and legal agreement between them which clearly there is not. He needs to let her in. She is not bullying him at all.

Has she been given her percent of the inheritance?

Has she been given her percent of the inheritance?

Yes my posts above were assuming that she hadn't received her 50%

You'll need to clarify, OP
