The school have washed their hands of the situation. They've told me they foot have the resources to tackle this problem. Dd isn't safe there and I have had no option but to take her out.

The experience has left us all broken, we are shocked and unhappy with the way it's been dealt with.

Is there any point in complaining? The governors are all friends of the girl who has bullies dd. It's sad.

Yes complain, they will have a bullying policy and complain to the governors that it is not being followed. Then you can complain to ofsted if you don't get a satisfactory answer from the school.

So sorry your daughter is dealing with this.
