Bullied at new work

I've recently returned to the workplace after 4 years off with young dc. I've worked part time since they were 3 but from home and with a really supportive team.

I've moved offices now but can't stop thinking about how mean they were. They are still at large and I decided to just get out of there but these people have kids. I can't fathom how they are with their own children.

They gaslit me, sexually harassed me, rolled their eyes whenever I asked a question, were passive aggressive. Hideous behaviour.

I'm scared to ask questions in my new office but they are very supportive. I still think I'm going to be met with sarcasm because of the women in that office.

Workplace bullies are awful. You have my sympathy.
8 years on and I’m still affected by the experience and I too don’t want to ask questions, I don’t even want to socialise, I keep myself quite outside. I dread ever making an error after my bullying experience and constantly worry what people think of me.
Well done on getting out of there so quickly, I felt trapped for far too long (4 years). I hope you can soon feel more at ease and your new supportive office can help the nightmare fade Flowers
