School separating bully and child in playground

My dd is in Year 5 and gas been bullied by a girl in her vlass for around six or seven months. The girls pushes dd, pokes her, has emotionally bullied her. I have written emails, telephoned, had meetings with class teachers and head and despite all this the school seem to treat this as if the girls are both to blame instead of bullying.

The recent incident meant I spoke to the teacher again who said they will now make dd play on one side of the playground and the bully will be on another. The class is do small though so their friends will have to take sides. Is this right? I'm worried the school is just not acting on this!

Hi, has your situation been resolved? My dd is going through similar experience right now. A boy keeps bullying her and we been told that they are now separated at the playground. Any advice please?

Hi @pikosan yes but sadly we left and moved to another school. The school never resolved it. Made worse by dd on the spectrum and staff who really couldn't give a monkeys about her unhappiness.

Sorry to hear you are having a similar experience, I hope the school is better in your case.
