I’m exclusively pumping for my 4 week old baby, my nipples are really white. Is this normal? Please see photo

Could be thrush. Does baby have a white mouth? And do you get stabbing pains when feeding?

Just looks like dried milk to me. Use lanolin lots, and then scrub it gently with a flannel in the shower each day and it will come off.
