Long story short my baby had tongue tie at the beginning which impacted my supply and by 2 1/2 weeks DD had lost 10% so I can to supplement with formula, my DD is now 9 weeks and i can barley pump more than 3 oz a day as full supply was never established is it possible to be able to get more or is this it for me? Xx

Ideally you'd need to be pumping/feeding at least every three hours to try to build up supply. Remember that what you can pump doesn't necessarily have any indication on how much supply you have as your baby will be much more efficient than a pump.

It might be worth getting this moved to infant feeding section as you might get more replies.

I swore by this.

Fennel and fenugreek.

I have helped a fair few women being milk up and down with this.

Good luck.
