Should I be worried that my boobs still hurt ...

A week after giving up feeding? DS2 is 13 mths and last friday he had his last feed. My boobs became engorged for the weekend but calmed down by mon/ tues. Now they are still tender to touch (nipples as well). It's a bruised feeling, like I had at the start of mastitis.
Am I being too impatient? Is this normal and will go in a day or two? We were never very good at feeding and I often had wounds. Maybe it's my recovery from baby pulling away hard with my boob in his mouth
Anyway, I've decided to see my GP tomorrow, I just wanted your opinions as well.

I'd give it two weeks before I worried.

Ibuprofen is your friend.
