little bit of water

Dear all,

I am bf but it has gotten really hot and humid in rome. A lot of people have told me that I should just keep the baby hydrated with bf but on some days it has gotten up to 38 degrees and was wondering if it I could possibly give my 5mth old dd some water? I will give her bottled wate, do I have to boil it before?

don't give her bottled water, it has all sorts of stuff in it, and some are high in things like sodium

if youi must give something then give cooled boiled tap water

however, she really doens't need anything but breastmilk, even when it's very hot
