Does anyone have a copy of 'The Food of Love' by Kate Evans that they might be willing to sell to me and send on to my friend asap?
I've tried amazon/waterstones etc but all out of stock/2-4 wks delivery, and I think she could really do with it now.
Her DD is 9 days old and she's having some problems (confidence probably, more than anything) and some spectacularly bad advice from MWs (advised top ups at 3 days as her milk "wasn't enough" ) so now she's in a mess of BF, expressing, topping up with EBM and topping up with formula - all on the advice of a mix of MWs.
I went to visit yesterday and took her to a BF support group, and met with a BF counsellor so hopefully things will start to improve but I live too far away to be there for her regularly (90 miles) and thought the book might help her a bit...
