Help, given up breast feeding and have very painful breasts....

My ds is 7 months and I have been gradually dropping breastfeeds one at a time over the last month. Last week I cut out the last feed but have been very uncomfortable since. My breasts feel quite lumpy and engorged but obviously i don't want to express any. Is there anything I can do or is it just a question of time? Was hoping they would be better by now! Any advice gratefully received

I'm really impressed with my oven
