Last weekend saw lady sitting in middle of the kiddies playground crammed with kids and parents breast feeding her toddler, gave her a massive . I am still bfing DD (1 yesterday!) and often get funny looks especially when I bf on the bus

I have to say that I have been BFing DS2 all over the place, eg parks, buses, GP waiting room, school playground at pick up time, cafes, shopping centres and have only ever got smiles.

I was on holiday in a country with dire bf rates (thanks to Nestle et al) and I saw a young girl bf her very large toddler- was thrilled!

It's very heartening isn't it.

Excellent, I met eyes with a mum across a crowded coffee shop the other day, she was trying to get fussy newborn attached and was clearly stressed out.

Had DS2 attached and gave her the highest wattage grin I could manage. She smiled back and we shared a moment, was lovely.

Sounds almost romantic doesn't it!
