Off boob - to cows milk....how much to offer?

So countdown to cows milk and no more bf has begun (yippee, cocktails for me

But I have no idea how much DD (soon to be 1) takes from the boob. How much cows milk do I offer her each time, assuming bottle on waking, maybe one before afternoon nap and one before bed? She's big for age and eats loads of food.

And wen do I phase out milk completely?

Many thanks!

I moved ds from breast to ff cows milk at 10 months. He had 7fl oz three times a day plus a lttle bf first to begin with. Now he's 21 months, eats solid food with us but still has 1pt milk a day, split over three feeds.

I'll stop giving him milk when he doesn't want it anymore. He's very lean despite eating loads of other food so I can't see a reason to stop.

I moved DS to cows milk when he was a year, he is now 18 months and still gets 7oz in the mrning and 7oz at bedtime and occasionally 3-4oz at his morning and afternoon snacks. He does eat alot of other dairy products as well though - cheese and yogurts especially....
